VISTAAR Architects & Planners is a team of technical experts in urban planning designing and monitoring and supervising the projects and project management field having rich experience particularly in planning of houses for all sections in the urban as well as rural areas. Emphasis is laid not only on planning of houses and layouts, but also on making the projects implementation feasible by means of creating resources.

VISTAAR has worked with large number of organisations all over India in various fields, starting from private developers as well as Govt agencies like MMRDA, CIDCO, NMMC, BMC, PMC, Karnataka Slum Clearance Board (KSCB), BPCL, etc in fields of Public Housing, Public Sanitation, Slum Redevelopment and Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), Rajiv Aawas Yojona (RAY) infrastructure projects, etc.

An Architect's principle tool – the 'Drawings' alone cannot communicate with the people, it needs a good rapport with them, which can be struck only when the architect makes serious efforts in understanding their lifestyle, problems and needs. Vistaar is also supported by a dedicated team of young and talented professionals that make them a complete team; architects, engineers, draftsmen, 3D Visualiser, project managers and municipal liaisoner and not to forget the support staff of able accountants and office attendants. Vistaar has always become successful in managing the projects due to right approach and intime efforts of each and everybody who is with Vistaar. A team of Educated, Qualified and experienced personalities is blood in veins of Vistaar.

Our dedicated and talented team of young architects and support staff of about 35 members have participated in nearly 15 prestigious national design competitions having won 2 of them. The most prestigious of these being the first prize award for 'Rajaswa Bhawan – National Tax Headquarters' in New Delhi. The designs of the studio have been published in architectural magazines Architecture+Design, Indian Architect and Builder and Inside-Outside.

We operate from our own premises in CBD, Belapur in the heart of the Business District of Navi Mumbai.
